We then go into a 1 hour Soundtherapy Session where I use sound frequencies of specifically tuned instruments and tuning forks to assist in strengthening, harmonising, recovery and re-balancing your body mind-heart and Being. During this time you are invited to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing.
